Bev has been a licensed real estate agent since 1999, with the first 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Portfolio and Facilities Management. She is a Certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource and experienced with VA, USDA, 1031 Exchange and all other types of buyer lending. Bev has been in El Dorado County's Top Achiever Club since 2019, celebrating the top 10% of Realtors in El Dorado County. Bev’s focus of education was in Business and Contractual Law. Her first priority is superior customer service to her clients and open and honest communication. Bev Ramm is also a commissioned Notary Public in California.
